20 Foot Reefer con­tain­ers are ISO-stan­dard­ized reefer Sea con­tain­ers.

These types of con­tain­ers are com­mon­ly used to trans­port fruit, veg­eta­bles or oth­er food. In many cas­es, the cool­ing sys­tem is equipped with a ther­mome­ter so that the cor­rect tem­per­a­ture can be set depend­ing on the type of goods being trans­port­ed.

CONSTRUCTION:

Oppo­site the front wall, this con­tain­er has a built-in cool­ing unit that is pow­ered by elec­tric­i­ty. It can be set sep­a­rate­ly to a cool­ing or heat­ing tem­per­a­ture that is mon­i­tored by the built-in elec­tron­ics. The bot­tom con­sists of an alu­minum T‑profile and the inside of stain­less steel. The con­tain­er has a dou­ble wing door with con­tain­er lock­ing bars.

The box or con­tain­er con­sists of a steel frame and heat-insu­lat­ing walls in sand­wich con­struc­tion with polyurethane foam.

CONDITION — NEW/One-way:

‘NEW/One-way’ ship­ping con­tain­ers are NEW con­tain­ers which are main­ly man­u­fac­tured in Asia and usu­al­ly shipped to Europe with one load. For this rea­son the term ‘ONE-WAY Con­tain­er’ is often used.

Load­ing and unload­ing the con­tain­ers, as well as han­dling and trans­port, can result in slight abra­sion and minor dents inside and out.
